Mass of goods being carried and distribution of load on axles must not exceed the values established by the organization (factory)-manufacturer of this vehicle.

Before moving off and during the travel, the driver is obliged, if objectively possible, to control the arrangement, stowing and condition of the cargo to prevent its displacement and drop. If the arrangement, stowing, condition of the cargo endanger the road traffic safety, the driver is obliged to take steps to eliminate the danger or to cease further travel.
184.3.
impairs the driving or stability of the vehicle;
184.4.
masks outer light equipment and retroreflectors, registration numbers and distinguishing signs of vehicles, and also prevents the perception of signals given by arm in case of defective (absent) light direction-indicators;
184.5.
causes noise, raises dust, pollutes the road and environment.
185.
Load projecting beyond outer edges of the vehicle from the vehicle's front or rear position for more than 1 meter or beyond the lateral outer edges of the vehicle for more than 0.40 meter from the vehicle's position lights shall be marked with marking signs “Bulky cargo”, and at night-time and/or upon insufficient road visibility, in addition, at the front — by a lamp emitting white light, at the rear — by a lamp emitting red light.
186.
In accordance with special permissions and rules is carried out the traffic of a heavy vehicle and a vehicle the overall dimensions of which, with load or without it, exceed at least one of the following parameters:
186.1.
in height — 4 meters from the road surface;
186.4.
if loads project beyond the outer edges of the vehicle in length for 2 meters and more, this vehicle belongs to a category of bulky vehicles.
187.
Carriage of dangerous goods and uncleaned packages used of for their carriage is performed in accordance with rules for carriage of dangerous goods by automobile transport, approved by the Ministry on Emergency Situations.
