Chapter 15. Priority of route vehicles

• 123. Outside intersections in places where street railways cross the carriageway, a tramway has a priority over other vehicles, except for the cases of exit from a depot station and places where priority of traffic is determined by road signs or traffic lights.
• 124. On roads with a lane reserved for route vehicles, marked with road signs “Lane for route vehicles”, “Road with lane for route vehicles”, traffic, standing and parking of other vehicles on this lane are prohibited.

  If a lane marked with a road sign “Lane for route vehicles” is separated from the rest of the carriageway by the broken line of horizontal marking, the driver must switch to it in order to make a turn. It is also allowed in such places to enter this lane for picking up (setting down) of passengers at the right edge of the carriageway, unless this obstructs the traffic of route vehicles.

• 125. In a built-up area the driver of the vehicle moving on the outer right lane must give way to a route vehicle moving off from the marked stop point when the route vehicle switches to the outer right lane.
